DERMALOGICA® SIX ZONE ANALYSIS
Based on insight from Chinese Face Diagnosis, adverse skin conditions have been shown to be strongly linked to underlying internal conditions related to your health and lifestyle.
Zone 1: Forehead – Common conditions: Congestion along hairline and brows, breakouts and dehydration.
Considerations: Improper removal of makeup, use of comedogenic (blackhead forming) or irritating ingredients in skin care products and make-up. Insufficient water intake and poor digestion through lack of ‘whole foods’. Breakouts or unusual hair growth can indicate hormonal imbalance, which may be caused by extreme stress.
Chinese diagnosis link: Water intake or poor digestion.
Zone 2: Nose, between eyes – Common conditions:
Congestion and comedones (blackheads), breakouts, redness, flakiness, vertical lines (furrows) and dilated capillaries.
Considerations: Excess oil, dehydration, poor extraction technique, comedogenic ingredients in make-up, poor diet — heavy intake of rich foods, overconsumption of alcohol, possible food allergy.

Zone 3: Eyes – Common conditions: Milia (small white spots), fine lines, dark circles, puffiness, sensitisation. Stress, and allergies contribute to these conditions.
